We are currently recruiting for a Full-Time Payroll Administrator to join our team.

How the Payroll Administrator Supports Our Team

This role involves ensuring the timely and accurate processing of the bi-weekly payroll, calculating and remitting payroll deductions and benefits within deadlines, and professionally handling employee and departmental inquiries related to pay. Responsibilities include processing Records of Employment, payroll administration, remittance of statutory deductions, and payroll reconciliation. The role also contributes to maintaining a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Qualifications for Our Payroll Administrators
  • Community college diploma plus a CPA Payroll Compliance Practitioner Certificate
  • At least 2 years of experience processing payroll for a large organization (3,000+ employees), including payroll accounting and remittance reconciliation
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and payroll processing software
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports and Excel Add-ins
  • Diplomatic problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team and independently
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and produce accurate work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good attendance record
