We are currently seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst - Remote Canada Position.

Required Experience

1. 8+ years of Salesforce Business Systems Analysis experience with a background/understanding of financial processes/reporting.
2. 8+ years experience with gathering business requirements for reporting (our team has Snowflake + Tableau).
3. 8+ years of experience with data and reporting is a must, including experience with one of the financial systems such as Oracle or Workday.
4. 5+ years experience leading or performing a major role in Discovery Workshops, producing AS-IS and TO-BE process flows in Visio, Lucid, etc.

Preferred Experience

• Identifying gaps and pain points.
• Elucidating requirements into User Stories and Acceptance Criteria and gaining client sign-off.
• Preparing for and conducting Sprint End client demos.
• Working with technical leads; onshore and offshore.
• Using analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Writing Stories from Epics, running refinement sessions, driving daily stand-ups, and building relationships among Product Owner, Client, and other project stakeholders.
• Utilizing Salesforce best practices, knowing when to utilize configuration vs. custom code vs. AppExchange products.
• Working within Agile development methodology.
• Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools.
• Prior experience with multiple system integrations and data field mapping.
• Experience in User Acceptance Testing and End-User Training.
• Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Admin.
