Your mission

Are you an experienced growth manager with proven expertise in using tools like HubSpot and Account Engagement / Pardot? Passionate about performance-driven marketing, you master best practices and know how to orchestrate effective strategies.

Reporting to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will lead targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, product marketing initiatives, as well as SEO / SEM and email marketing strategies. You will define strategic objectives aligned with key accounts and segments, measuring the impact of your actions to optimize pipeline growth and strengthen our presence in the healthcare sector.

Your daily life

In your day to day, you will be led to :

Implement and oversee the execution of acquisition and cross-sell strategies for B2G, B2B, and B2C segments.

In collaboration with the Growth Marketing team, develop and execute campaigns based on best practices, while implementing an A / B testing and tracking system to document insights and continuously optimize performance.

Establish measurable objectives and KPIs to track the effectiveness of initiatives, channels, tactics, and overall campaigns.

Implement and provide guidance on automation strategies to maintain contact engagement throughout the customer lifecycle, in collaboration with other departments.

Work closely with marketing teams to provide data-driven recommendations and industry best practices for defining the company's SEO strategy and that of its products.

Conduct keyword research and analysis to design SEO strategies aligned with marketing objectives.

Develop and optimize landing pages to maximize lead conversion rates.

Create keyword strategies to enhance brand visibility, website performance, and visitor engagement.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.

Build strong relationships with external vendors and agencies to enhance marketing efforts.

Your profile

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in demand generation and digital marketing.

Proficient in HubSpot tools, as well as Account Engagement / Pardot platforms.

Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Solid skills in Account-Based Marketing.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media management, and content marketing.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Since you will be interacting with our clients, many of whom are English or French speakers, proficiency in both English and French (spoken, written, and reading) is required.
