The Commitment: We’re seeking a skilled Functional Consultant and Project Manager with a strong background in ERP implementation—someone who thrives at the intersection of consulting delivery and project execution.

Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience delivering ERP implementations, preferably cloud-based solutions like NetSuite.

Responsible for managing end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including scope, budget, resources, and timelines.

Adept at working directly with senior executives, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to gather requirements and deliver value.

Become highly proficient in Appficiency’s NetSuite implementation methodology, as well as the features and capabilities of the NetSuite platform.

Lead project delivery through proactive planning, structured communications, and timely resolution of challenges.

This includes developing project plans and timelines, preparing client-facing reports and presentations, facilitating internal and external meetings, and supporting PMO reporting and forecasting.

Supervise and mentor a small project team (1–2 members) as part of the broader PMO structure.

The Essential Must be eligible to work and travel in Canada and the United States.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in ERP implementations (preferably NetSuite), with an understanding of core business functions across finance, supply chain, and operations.

6+ years of project management experience in cloud/technology consulting, including agile/hybrid delivery models.

MBA or equivalent experience is strongly preferred.

Proven ability to recommend and drive process improvements aligning with Appficiency’s best practices.

Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and project collaboration platforms.

Highly adaptable and able to manage shifting priorities and project complexities professionally.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
