The Commitment

We are seeking a skilled Functional Consultant and Project Manager with a strong ERP implementation background, especially in cloud-based solutions like NetSuite. The role involves managing end-to-end ERP projects, working with senior stakeholders, and mastering Appficiency’s NetSuite methodology.

• Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on ERP implementation experience, preferably in cloud solutions like NetSuite
• Manage scope, budget, resources, and timelines for ERP projects
• Work directly with senior executives and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver value
• Become proficient in NetSuite features, capabilities, and Appficiency’s implementation methodology
• Lead project planning, communication, and resolution of challenges
• Develop project plans, reports, and facilitate meetings
• Supervise and mentor a small project team (1–2 members)

The Essential

• Eligibility to work and travel in Canada and the US
• 8+ years of ERP implementation experience, with a focus on NetSuite and core business functions
• 6+ years of project management in cloud/technology consulting, using agile/hybrid methods
• An MBA or equivalent is preferred
• Ability to recommend process improvements aligned with best practices
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and collaboration tools
• Adaptability and professionalism in managing shifting priorities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Calm, confident, and collaborative under pressure, with leadership qualities
