Job Description for Client Relationship Manager - PERE

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the client relationship management for PERE clients.
2. Actively cross-sell our suite of services to our client base.
3. Ensure compliance with US GAAP & IFRS reporting standards for various fund structures.
4. Assist in developing new and existing global client relationships, optimizing service offerings, productivity, and profitability.
5. Manage the complete audit process.
6. Assist in the management of NAV preparation and review for PERE clients.
7. Ensure adherence to documented procedures and policies.
8. Collaborate on the integration of large fund administration mandates.
9. Work with operational centres and on ad hoc internal and global projects as required.
10. Ensure all deliverables are met timely and accurately.

Skills Required:

• Approximately 5+ years of experience.
• Understanding of complex fund structures and fund accounting, acting as a subject matter expert.
• High commercial awareness and client service focus.
• Previous industry experience.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Good interpersonal skills for developing relationships with colleagues, clients, and intermediaries.
• A professional accounting qualification is a plus.
• Ability to automate processes.
• Knowledge of investor KYC and AML requirements.
