Job Title: Functional Analyst

Genetec is currently looking for a Functional Analyst. We seek a dynamic and efficient individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your role will be crucial in providing our customers and business partners with value-added tools and portals, closely linked to our existing systems such as ERP and CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design solutions based on business requirements, including Gap Analysis and feasibility evaluation.
2. Prepare technical and functional design documentation, interacting with Solution Architects, developers, QA Analysts, and Business Analysts.
3. Create functional design documents with mock-ups and technical details for handoff to development teams.
4. Develop and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders.
5. Review solution designs and translate them into actionable tasks for developers.
6. Analyze existing systems for improvements and oversee product development as per specifications.
7. Contribute to project management and change management activities.
8. Monitor system performance, identify variances, and propose corrective actions.
9. Ensure resolution of software defects.
10. Contribute to knowledge base development and utilize Kanban methodologies for project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, CRM, and related products.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2-3 years in ERP configuration and management.
• Experience with ERP implementation or upgrades.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written.

Technical Skills:

• Experience with functional design and analysis of enterprise systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) or F&O, SAP, or other enterprise systems.
• Experience in systems configuration to align with business processes.
• Experience training end-users on new system functionalities.
• Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics migration, integration, customization, and Power Apps.
