FVCL is a rapidly expanding medical ophthalmology clinic specializing in eye disease diagnosis and surgeries with advanced technology. Our team comprises nationally-recognized ophthalmologists with extensive clinical experience across a wide range of ocular services, including MSP-covered exams and surgeries, private lens surgeries, and LASIK. We are seeking an ideal candidate to join our team as a Medical Office Assistant (MOA).

Responsibilities include:
  1. Providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive reviews; open to honest feedback
  2. Working effectively in a team-oriented clinical environment
  3. Promoting the services of Fraser Valley Cataract and Laser
  4. Being independent, flexible, detail-oriented, and efficient, as the clinic is busy
  5. Demonstrating strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  6. Performing duties such as managing the switchboard, booking appointments, handling referrals, checking patients in/out, filing, confirming appointments, and telephone recalls (training provided)
