As a Territory Sales Consultant, your primary objectives include:
  • Identifying and pursuing opportunities for new and expanded customer growth within the Commercial segment in New Brunswick.
  • Self-directed prospecting to discover new customers.
  • Building relationships with C-level executives and understanding their business needs.
  • Selling solutions such as Wireless, Internet Connectivity, IoT, Data Centre, Unified Communications, and Cloud Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Active prospecting into new and existing clients to promote and sell Rogers solutions.
  2. Researching prospective customers to identify contacts and decision-making roles.
  3. Using social media and creative engagement methods to align with organizational strategies.
  4. Providing superior customer experience to maximize retention and promote growth.
  5. Understanding customer issues and relating them to sales opportunities.
  6. Developing tailored solutions based on customer needs.
  7. Collaborating with partners and subject matter experts to build profitable solutions.
  8. Working effectively with a team to leverage skills within your territory.
  9. Building trust and long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  10. Participating in sales meetings and managing administrative duties (CRM).
Qualifications:
  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of business sales experience, preferably in Communications, Information, or Technology sectors.
  • Technical background in Infrastructure services, Telephony, Network, and Data Centre technologies is an asset.
  • Proven track record of top-tier performance.
  • Experience engaging with Director or C-Level contacts.
  • Results-oriented with strong leadership skills.
  • Funnel management experience.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.

Additional Information:

This role is hybrid, requiring in-office presence three days a week at our Fredericton location. The recruitment process involves multiple interviews and background checks, including credit and criminal checks, to ensure candidate suitability.
