Description

The Opportunity

Responsible for growing industry revenues within top account portfolios and acquiring new large accounts ($60K - $500K). Lead sales strategies, including targeting customer accounts, prospecting, follow-up, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Proactively identify opportunities, present solutions, and overcome obstacles with drive and resilience.

The Role

  1. Source and prospect new clients; conduct sales calls, including cold calls and follow-ups, to present solutions and increase sales.
  2. Build relationships with decision-makers within existing accounts, creating ongoing relationship strategies and establishing trust.
  3. Drive growth through engineered services.
  4. Review and provide input on target client opportunities, ensuring alignment with account strategies.
  5. Forecast and manage accounts to meet contract terms.
  6. Coordinate with product experts to identify expansion and cross-selling opportunities.
  7. Follow up on orders, quotes, and service requests; analyze competitor offerings to overcome objections.
  8. Develop proposals and quotes based on client needs and product offerings.
  9. Ensure full compliance with the Impact sales process and CRM tools (Salesforce).

The Candidate

Education : Bachelor Degree / College Diploma, Technical Engineering preferred.

Work Experience : Minimum 4 years in account management and sales, promoting process equipment including mechanical equipment, instrumentation, and pumps.

Knowledge : Industry experience in sectors like mining, pulp and paper, municipal markets.

Proficiency : Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
