Dentalcorp is seeking a Finance Director to oversee financial functions within its Toronto Support Centre. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of Dentalcorp's Toronto Support Centre. Reporting to the Vice President, Finance Business Partnering, you are a highly experienced and strategic Finance Director. This role will oversee multiple financial functions within our organization including Doctor Compensation, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll. This position involves managing the calculations and administration of doctor draws, overseeing accounts receivable activities, and leading payroll operations. The role requires collaboration with doctors, finance teams, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate compensation, efficient revenue management, and compliance with regulations.
