About the Role
Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, the Quality Control Supervisor champions quality and safety at Canada Royal Milk (CRM). The role involves ensuring all materials, processes, and procedures meet regulatory and quality standards, and maintaining the Quality Management System with a focus on continuous improvement.
The Supervisor plans, develops, and implements a comprehensive QMS, including online quality control and internal auditing. Building positive relationships across departments and with regulatory bodies, especially in China, is essential.
Job Requirements
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada and possess strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
Education: Bachelor of Science in Food Science, Chemistry, or Biology
Experience: At least two years in quality control within a food, beverage, or dairy environment, with dairy experience preferred. Minimum of two years supervising and developing employees. Must comply with OHSA regulations and internal policies.

Shift work, including evenings, weekends, and nights, is required. The environment involves lifting materials up to 50 pounds, operation of machinery with safety gear, and adherence to safety protocols.
