Job description

Postmedia is looking for a Client Services Consultant to join the team, who will onboard, grow, retain, and contribute to the overall success of the business through consistent, high-quality service delivery.

Duties:

1. On-board and grow a specific set of accounts
2. Build and maintain client relationships
3. Provide client training to improve utilization of the platform and use reporting features, including any applicable reports or dashboards detailing program performance
4. Guide and coordinate marketing campaign recommendations, administrative and creative requirements
5. Responsible for day-to-day activity in the advertising platform, client meetings, and communication
6. Ensure campaign strategies are implemented on time and adjust or redirect as needed
7. Analyze campaign performance metrics and develop recommendations based on data
8. Support the vision of the company directors/partners

Qualifications:

• Ability to be flexible in a changing work environment and work well under pressure
• Skilled at earning the trust of clients by understanding their business needs and providing appropriate solutions
• Comfortable expanding your role parameters as needed to get the job done
• Skilled at analyzing data and communicating insights to meet client objectives
• Strong written and oral communication skills
