Job description

As a Customer Service Representative at Harry Rosen Square One, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to clients and associates at our cash desk. You will handle daily cash functions, assist with inter-store transfers, and support e-commerce requests, all while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to clients and associates at the cash desk.
  • Perform daily cash handling functions, including opening / closing registers and processing sales transactions.
  • Bag and tissue purchased products for customers.
  • Answer store phones and maintain the service desk.
  • Update and maintain client information files, including membership in the Club Harry Loyalty program.
  • Assist with inter-store transfer processing and e-commerce requests and shipments.
  • Support clients picking up online purchases in-store.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a client-facing role at the service desk, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong service orientation with a desire to wow customers.
  • Detail-oriented with an interest in technology to support retail customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to manage a long line of customers efficiently.
