Luxury Client Advisor (Part-time, Temporary) | Mississauga

We are seeking a temporary part-time client advisor with a luxury client at Square One. This role is starting as immediately as possible in time for busy Holiday season.

Position: Part-time Luxury Client Advisor (Temp)
Duration: around 3 months
Start: ASAP
Hours: ~20-25 hrs per week
Location: Mississauga, ONT
Pay: $22/hr + commission
Dresscode: all black, no facial piercings, visible tattoos, or unnatural hair colors.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist stylists in the absence of store management
2. Actively build client confidence by creating an engaging, interactive experience
3. Gain new clients meeting conversion goals and continue to service the existing client base
4. Resolve customer service issues swiftly
5. Consistently meet/exceed both store and individual sales goals, including KPI’s
6. Maximize the customer experience

Requirements:

• Strong retail experience (high-end or luxury experience preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to start ASAP
• Working knowledge of POS systems
