Job Description

As a skilled make-up artist, you will combine your creativity and technical expertise to provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers. You will work with a high-performing team to create impactful in-store events and ensure the store maintains high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against competitors.

This role is ideal for a dynamic self-starter seeking a career in prestige beauty. Certification in make-up artistry or retail make-up experience is desirable; however, amateur experience demonstrating high creative and technical skills is also welcomed. Qualifications

• Preference for qualification in make-up artistry or retail make-up experience, but amateur experience with strong skills is acceptable
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Willingness to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software
• Proof of right to work in the country required upon interview invitation

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly range: $17.75 to $28.55, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement plans, paid holidays and vacations, and incentive programs. Eligibility for commission/bonus plans will be discussed during onboarding.
