These are ideal opportunities for individuals who bring both technical accounting acumen and a strategic mindset—professionals who want to go beyond reporting the numbers to driving business success through insight and action.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead all day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable / receivable, payroll, and cash flow management

  • Monitor key financial and performance indicators to support proactive decision-making
  • Support strategic initiatives with financial feasibility reviews, cost-benefit analyses, and investment evaluations

Process & Systems Improvement

  • Assess, develop, and improve accounting policies, procedures, and systems to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
  • Implement or optimize ERP / accounting software tools and reporting dashboards
  • Lead or support the integration of new tools, reporting processes, or organizational changes impacting finance

Team & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Supervise or mentor a small team of accounting and administrative staff
  • Partner with internal departments to ensure alignment of financial processes with operational needs
  • Prepare and present financial information to senior leadership and / or Board of Directors as required

What You Bring :

  • High proficiency in Excel and accounting systems; ERP implementation or optimization experience is a plus
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and business acumen

Why This Opportunity?

  • Be part of a values-driven leadership team where your voice matters
  • Take ownership of the finance function and help shape the organization’s next stage of growth
  • Competitive salary and benefits, with potential for long-term leadership development
  • Work with supportive, forward-thinking teams in two different but equally impactful industries
