We’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative with passion, drive, and a desire to grow for our Branch in Rocky View County, Alberta .

This role is more than a job; it’s a career path into outside sales, business development, and beyond. The Inside Sales Representative role is the first step in a sales career with BOXX Modular, serving as a training ground to learn about our business, clients, and processes, with potential to grow into an Outside Sales Representative.

What You’ll Do

As an Inside Sales Representative , you’ll play a critical role in our modular building rentals business. You’ll be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and support our Outside Sales team.

  • Respond to customer inquiries with prompt, knowledgeable service
  • Prepare quotes and proposals tailored to project needs
  • Support the sales process from lead generation to deal closing
  • Collaborate with Outside Sales to drive new business
  • Create strong leads through cold calling, online platforms, and market research
  • Maintain CRM records and manage customer documentation
  • Coordinate deliveries and pickups with transportation vendors
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and industry standards

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or B2B customer service
  • A proactive mindset and curiosity to understand customer needs
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfort with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience is a plus!)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other digital tools
  • A valid Class 5 driver’s license
  • A team-player attitude with a desire to grow into a future sales leadership role
