This position works in one or more resort kitchen locations including restaurant/bar, banquet, and quick service.

SEASONAL-FULL TIME (Start June 10th)

4 to 5 Shifts per week

Hourly Wage - $19.53 plus Gratuity

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

• Set up the station for service, including back prep. Stations may include grill, deep fry, and salad stations.
• Follow instructions to prep and cook meals in large or small quantities according to the Executive Chef's recipes and station guides for breakfast, lunch, or dinner service.
• Assist Sous Chef and Chef de Partie as directed.
• Clean equipment and maintain a tidy workstation.

WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Must have at least 1 year of prior kitchen experience.
• Knowledge of safe and proper use and storage of kitchen tools and equipment.
• Ability to prioritize job duties based on importance.
