Job Responsibilities:

• Set up and launch new product listings on Amazon/Shopify store weekly
• Daily operation of Amazon/Shopify store including creating listings, uploading product photos, maintaining an active catalog of items, account health, logistics, and returns
• Quality control and inspection prior to shipping, including product packages and labels
• Optimize Amazon/Shopify product listings by following up on keywords, content, reviews, and Q&A

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• At least 3 years of Amazon/Shopify online store experience
• Bachelor's/college degree in Business
• Experience in eCommerce/Operations or a passion for business/Amazon/eCommerce is preferred
• Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a must
