Placements24 seeks a skilled E-commerce Platform Specialist to manage and enhance the online store based in Kimberley. You will handle day-to-day operations, optimize performance, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.

You will work with marketing, IT, and product teams to implement new features, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve the online environment using analytics and best practices for online retail.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and operating e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
• Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, SEO, and CRO.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics.
• Experience with PIM systems is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring optimal performance, seamless user experience, and efficient product management. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and a keen understanding of online retail best practices to drive sales and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with various departments to implement new features, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve the online shopping environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
