Techo-Bloc seeks an E-Commerce Coordinator to bridge our products with thousands of customers browsing our online store daily. You will work closely with Development, UX/UI, Marketing, and Digital teams to shape an online shopping experience that reflects the boldness of our brand: clear, inspiring, and easy to navigate.

This role balances data-driven precision with creative product storytelling and may involve rethinking category structures to enhance navigation and discovery across the site.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, website management, merchandising, SEO, or content management.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize product and category pages for accuracy, visibility, and user experience.
• Refine category structures, sorting logic, filters, product tagging, and site search so customers can quickly find the right product.
• Manage merchandising updates, seasonal launches, new product releases, and promotions.
• Collaborate with Development, UX/UI, Marketing, and internal stakeholders on new features, integrations, and site updates.
• Conduct regular website audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
