Responsibilities

• Upload and maintain product information, descriptions, and images on the e-commerce site.
• Process online orders and ensure accurate fulfillment and shipping.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email or chat, escalating complex issues.
• Monitor and update website content for accuracy and timeliness.
• Support administrative and operational tasks for the e-commerce team.
• Learn and apply e-commerce best practices in daily tasks.
