Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience supporting eCommerce, digital operations, or PIM, with hands-on experience in order management, customer support, and digital platforms.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central and inventory/order management.
• Familiar with PIM systems and ensuring accurate product information across channels.
• Strong front-end website knowledge and technical proficiency; able to update content and navigate systems.
• Proficiency with emerging AI tools for content creation and process improvement.
• Excellent data accuracy and a process-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing materials including flyers, catalogues, banners, web items, and social media graphics.
• Create website, email campaigns, and social content; ensure accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
• Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social, email, web; support SEO efforts.
• Plan and maintain a multi-platform content calendar; monitor and adjust campaigns for engagement.
• Manage social channels: write, schedule, publish; analyze performance.
• Coordinate marketing operations and events; maintain quality and consistency.
