Job summary

Linen Chest is seeking an organized E-commerce Drop Ship Coordinator to support its dropship program and growth. You will work with suppliers and internal teams to ensure products are integrated and presented well online.

Day-to-day responsibilities include uploading product data, managing supplier communications, and optimizing pages. You will help with price/margin analyses and identify new suppliers while aligning launches with campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in e-commerce or digital retail.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with Magento is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with suppliers to collect, verify, and upload product information (descriptions, images, prices).
• Serve as a point of contact for dropship suppliers; manage daily communications and monitor availability/prices.
• Contribute to improving product pages by optimizing content and keywords and supporting price/margin analyses.
• Identify and evaluate new suppliers to expand the dropship offering.
• Coordinate with web merchandiser and teams to align launches with campaigns and market trends.
