Job summary

Optimy.ai, a division of Kognitive Tech Inc., is hiring an Account Manager to manage client accounts and coordinate projects for our e-commerce platform in Canada. You will onboard new clients, ensure smooth tech setup, and serve as the main point of contact.

You will conduct kickoff calls, tailor onboarding plans, train clients and sales teams, and deliver reports. Fluency in French is a plus. The role offers base salary 55k-60k CAD plus commissions and room for growth.

Qualifications

• Proven customer support experience as a Client Service Representative.
• Fluency in French is an asset.
• Excellent phone communication and active listening skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and practices.
• Customer-focused mindset with adaptability to diverse client needs.
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to support onboarding and ongoing success.
• Own client onboarding processes and coordinate tech setup and data integrations.
• Lead introductory calls and set clear expectations with clients.
• Develop personalized onboarding plans and guide clients through milestones.
• Coordinate training sessions for clients and sales teams.
• Prepare reports and insights to inform client decisions and quarterly reviews.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and address issues to maintain high satisfaction.
• Identify client challenges and propose improvements to optimize outcomes.
