Messer is a leading industrial gas company seeking a Driver/Inside Sales in Alberta. You will deliver gas products and hardgoods to local customers, maintain cylinder records, and support store operations. This hybrid role combines field deliveries with in-store sales support.

The position requires a Class 3/DZ license with air brakes, strong customer service skills, and proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office. Messer offers competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 3 or DZ license with air brakes.
• 1 year driving experience (or 3 years if no training).
• Minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent experience.
• Clean driving abstract available on request.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and computers.
• Industrial sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Make multiple deliveries of gas products and hardgoods to local customers, loading/unloading 5 or 10 ton trucks.
• Balance cylinder load sheets and daily records.
• Perform admin duties using handheld tech, reconcile inventories.
• Comply with government regulations and safety requirements.
• Maintain vehicles per policy and report hazards.
• Provide hybrid role support: internal sales, order prep, and customer service.
