Job summary

Messer in Regina, SK is seeking a driver to perform multiple daily deliveries of gas products and hardgoods to local customers, operating a 5- or 10-ton truck with a Class 3/DZ license. You will represent Messer professionally and ensure safe, on-time service.

This role offers a Monday-to-Friday day shift, home daily, and opportunities for training and career progression within a stable, safety-focused company with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 3 or DZ license with air brakes.
• Minimum of 1 year driving experience or 3 years driving experience.
• Minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent experience.
• A clean driving abstract (available on request).
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver gas products and hardgoods to local customers within the assigned area (5- or 10-ton truck).
• Balance cylinder load sheets and daily cylinder records.
• Use handheld devices for deliveries and inventory reconciliation.
• Comply with government regulations.
• Maintain vehicles per policy and report safety hazards.

Whatyou'll do:

As one of our Drivers,you'll be drivinga well-maintainedvehicle while also professionallyrepresentingour organization to our customers.This position is for people motivatedtodriveheavy vehicles (Class 3/DZ License)and provide excellent customer service.Your responsibilities will include:

• Multipledeliveries(requiring loading and unloading of cylinders)/ day (5- or 10-tontruck) of gas products and hardgoods to local customers within the assigned geographical area
• Balancing cylinder load sheets and daily cylinder records
• Some administration dutiesincludethe use of handheld technology to process deliveries and reconcile agent consignment inventory balances
• Comply withall government regulations
• Maintaining vehicles as per company vehicle policy,observingsafety requirements, andwearingsafety equipment and report safety hazards to supervisor

What it takes:

• Valid Class 3 or DZ license with air brakes
• Minimum of 1 year driving experience with recognized driving school training or3years driving experience
• MinimumGrade 12 education or equivalentexperience
• A clean driving abstract (abstract to be readily available tosubmit, when asked)
• Ability to handle and lift goods up to60 lbs.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Assets to have:

• Knowledge of the gas and/orwelding industry
• Experience usinghandheldelectronic devices
• WHMIS/TDG certification
