Job summary

Thomas Cavanagh Construction Limited is seeking a Delivery Driver/Yard Labourer for our Albion Quarry in Ontario. The role involves delivering sand, gravel, and other materials on-site and to job sites in a triaxle truck, with on-site yard support as needed.

Expect Monday–Friday shifts, with occasional Saturdays and 8–10 hour days. Ideal candidates will have a DZ license, labour experience, and familiarity with local roads.

Qualifications

• DZ license required.
• Labour experience required; trailer experience considered an asset.
• Must be able to lift tools up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of the City and surrounding area roads.

Responsibilities

• Deliver internal materials to cement plant.
• Communicate with internal staff in a friendly, professional manner.
• Operate and maintain company vehicle safely and efficiently.
• Follow all CVOR vehicle regulations, including a circle check.
• Handle loading, transporting, and driving without assistance.
• Prepare accurate paperwork and records.
