Job summary

Dufferin Aggregates, a division of CRH Canada, is hiring a General Labour for Aberfoyle, ON. The role supports safe outdoor operations, keeps the site clean, assists with maintenance, and operates crushing and screening equipment as trained.

You’ll work in all weather with a team, adapting to changing tasks in a fast-paced quarry environment. The position offers hourly pay, weekly payroll, and benefits. A high school diploma is required; reliability and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Ontario high school diploma (OSSD) or equivalent.
• Reliability and punctuality essential.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime and weekends.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied temperatures and weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team environment with co-workers, supervisors and managers.
• Complete cleanup tasks using shovels or small equipment.
• Assist in maintenance inspections and activities.
• Operate crushing and screening plant as trained and directed.
• Report malfunctions or safety risks to supervisor immediately.
• Duties may vary day to day based on business needs.
