Job summary

Groupe Dynamite in Canada is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences across our fashion brand stores. You will recruit, train and coach staff, drive daily operations, and maximize profitability by achieving sales and productivity targets.

You will promote a positive shopping environment, build loyal customer relationships, and adapt to fast-paced fashion retail. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset.
• 3-5 years of management experience in fashion clothing or equivalent.
• Has passion for fashion and is customer-oriented.
• Demonstrates solving skills and decision making abilities.
• Promotes participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices.
• Demonstrates flexibility, innovation and sense of urgency in a changing environment.
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization and multitasking skills.

Job Summary

Reporting to the District Manager, your main focus as Store Manager is to promote a positive shopping experience and build loyal customer relationships. You produce outstanding business results by leading and inspiring a high performing team to drive operational efficiency and excellent standards. You demonstrate great leadership through recruiting, training, and coaching your team members. You maximize the store’s profitability by achieving and surpassing sales and productivity targets.
