Job summary

Groupe Dynamite is seeking an Assistant Manager for its Quebec store to lead daily operations, coach a high-performing team, and drive sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience on the sales floor and via digital channels.

You will help optimize inventory management, process shipments, replenish inventory, and oversee eCommerce order fulfillment, all while maintaining the brand's visual merchandising standards and ensuring a welcoming, productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Education in business or related discipline is an asset.
• 2 years of management experience in fashion retail preferred.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Heavy emphasis on organization and prioritization.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as the Assistant Manager is toassist the Store Manager in all aspects of the store operations, by providingleadership that optimizes sales results. You promote a positive shoppingexperience for each customer, while leading and inspiring a high performing teamto drive operational efficiency and traffic on the sales floor and throughdigital platforms. You play an important role in the day to day operations ofthe store. You contribute to optimizing inventory management, and to increasingsales and customer satisfaction while maintaining the brand andvisual/merchandising presentation standards & directives in the store. You alsocontribute to the management of the inventory through shipment processing, salesfloor replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment. You are an integral part of thesuccess of your store!

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or relateddiscipline, an asset
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothingenvironment, or equivalent management experience
• Has passion for fashion & is customer-oriented
• Demonstrate solving skills and decision making abilities
• Demonstrate flexibility, innovation and sense of urgency in identifying andreacting to the changing business environment by contributing impactful ideasand solutions
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitaskingskills
