Job summary

Dynamite stores are seeking a Store Manager to lead a fast-paced team, deliver an exceptional shopping experience, and drive sales through strong leadership. Reporting to the District Manager, you will recruit, train, and coach staff, optimize store operations, and maximize profitability.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of fashion retail management, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to adapt to a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset
• 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent management experience
• Has passion for fashion & is customer-oriented
• Demonstrates solving skills and decision making abilities
• Demonstrate the ability to promote an environment that encourages participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices
• Demonstrate flexibility, innovation and sense of urgency in identifying and reacting to the changing business environment
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration
• Social Media Skills, Mobile Device Skills, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open-Office
• Is available to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs
