Groupe Dynamite Inc. in Alberta is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team, elevate the shopping experience, and drive strong sales performance. You will coach staff, manage daily operations, and ensure we deliver exceptional customer service in a fashion-forward environment.

You will recruit, train and develop associates, oversee visual standards, inventory control, and scheduling, while building relationships with the community and maximizing profitability.

Formación

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset.
• 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent management experience.
• Has passion for fashion & is customer-oriented
• Demonstrates solving skills and decision making abilities
• Demonstrate the ability to promote an environment that encourages participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices and building on the ideas of others
• Demonstrate flexibility, innovation and sense of urgency in identifying and reacting to the changing business environment by contributing impactful ideas and solutions
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration
• Social Media Skills, Mobile Device Skills, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open-Office
• Is available to work a on flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs

Job summary:

Reporting to the District Manager, your main focus as Store Manager is to promote a positive shopping experience and build loyal customer relationships. You produce outstanding business results by leading and inspiring a high performing team to drive operational efficiency and excellent standards.
