Job Summary

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as the Assistant Manager is to assist the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, providing leadership that optimizes sales results. You promote a positive shopping experience, lead and inspire a high-performing team, and contribute to operational efficiency, inventory management, and sales growth. You play a vital role in maintaining brand standards and visual merchandising, managing shipments, replenishment, and eCommerce order fulfillment. You are an integral part of the store’s success.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset.
  • 2 years of management experience, preferably in fashion retail, or equivalent management experience.
  • Passion for fashion and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Flexibility, innovation, and a sense of urgency in responding to business needs.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to build partnerships and collaborate effectively.
  • Social media skills, mobile device proficiency, and knowledge of Microsoft Office or Open-Office.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
