In this role, you'll work in our IBM Client Innovation Center CIC, where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. These delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with business teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Assist in configuring SAP modules (Finance, Material Management, Sales and Distribution, Logistics/Procurement, etc.) to meet business needs.
  • Work with business users to gather and analyze requirements related to SAP modules.
  • Support day-to-day operations and resolve functional issues within SAP systems.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with other teams (Business and Technical) to ensure seamless delivery of projects and services.
  • Participate in SAP system implementations, rollouts, and enhancement projects
  • Support internal audits and compliance initiatives related to SAP systems.
  • Stay current with SAP product developments, enhancements, and best practices to ensure continuous learning and growth.
