Job summary

Telecon is seeking a Dynamics 365 F&O Developer to develop and support Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Sales Hub, and Power Platform solutions. Hybrid role with growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Salary ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 CAD annually, depending on experience and internal equity. The position involves designing, configuring, and integrating Dynamics 365 applications, migrating data, and ensuring security and governance across the enterprise.

• Bilingual French/English is an asset.

• Develop, configure, customize, and support Dynamics 365 applications (ERP, CRM).
• Design and develop plugins, workflows, and integrations; troubleshoot issues.
• Build Power Platform solutions and integrations with external systems.
• Participate in agile delivery, releases, and platform maintenance.

Telecon is seeking an energetic and career oriented individual to take on the role of Dynamics 365 F&O Developer.

This role will develop and support Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Dynamics 365 Sales Hub, Power Platform solutions, and integrations across Telecon's technology ecosystem, working with business and technology partners to improve how work gets done.

This full-time hybrid position offers a flexible group insurance plan, company-matching RRSP from day one, and opportunities for growth and development.

The expected annual salary for this position is in the range of $80,000 - $90,000 based on the richness and diversity of the candidate’s experience, training, skills and internal equity. The position or associated salary could vary depending on the profile of the candidate.

YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Dynamics 365 Development & Support

• Develop, configure, customize, and support Dynamics 365 applications, including:
• Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (ERP)
• Configure forms, views, business rules, workflows, security roles, and custom entities.
• Design and develop plugins, custom workflow activities, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, defects, and performance concerns.
• Provide ongoing application support to business users.
• Deliver user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Participate in release management, upgrades, and platform maintenance activities.

Power Platform Development

• Design and build model-driven and canvas applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Develop automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Create scalable low-code solutions that enhance user productivity.
• Evaluate opportunities to leverage standard Microsoft capabilities before custom development.

Integration & Data Management

• Develop integrations using:
• Dynamics 365 Web API
• REST APIs
• Data services
• Design and support integrations with ERP, CRM, operational, and third-party systems.
• Support data migration, conversion, and validation activities.
• Ensure solution integrity, security, and data quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Translate requirements into technical designs and solution specifications.
• Recommend scalable solutions that align with enterprise architecture standards.
• Identify automation opportunities that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in Agile delivery teams and support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and estimation activities.

Business & Solution Analysis

• Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong requirements analysis and solution design capabilities.
• Experience balancing out-of-the-box functionality with custom development.

Process Automation

• Experience designing automated workflows and business processes.
• Strong understanding of operational efficiency and process improvement.

Security & Governance

• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 security architecture.
• Experience managing permissions, authentication, and role-based access control.
• Understanding of enterprise application governance and best practices.

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE THESE SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 development experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise business applications in a production environment.
• Bilingual (French/English) is an asset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
