Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience on at least one Dynamics 365 CRM implementation in a leadership capacity.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Solution Lead and technical SME for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM across North America.
• Lead end-to-end CRM delivery work with internal teams and external consultants.
• Manage project delivery activities to keep implementation work on schedule.
