Qualifications

• At least 5 years of post-graduate experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience on at least one Dynamics 365 CRM implementation in a leadership capacity.
• Working knowledge of data migration concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Solution Lead and technical SME for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Lead end-to-end CRM delivery work with internal IT teams.
• Define and document business requirements and process flows.
