Job summary

MacLean Engineering in Collingwood, Ontario is hiring a Warehouse Associate. You will off-load, move, pick, and stage materials, ensuring accurate receiving and shipping while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety standards.

The role requires reading pick lists, operating forklifts or cranes, and discers with a team-focused approach in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and afternoon shifts are available, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or Certificate of Completion.
• Diploma or Degree in a related discipline is an asset.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others both verbally and written.
• Ability to plan and prioritize while working in a fast-paced team environment.
• Flexible to changing priorities and the ability to adjust to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Off-loading, put-away, picking and staging of material and parts.
• Safe loading and off-loading of raw materials and finished goods using forklift/crane.
• Read and interpret pick lists accurately.
• Ensure incoming products are received and outgoing products are packed and shipped on time and tracked in the system.
• Pick orders and pack per pick list and issue parts to sales orders for shipping.
