Job summary

Upper Canada Forest Products is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Mississauga, ON for a full-time onsite role with an afternoon shift (3pm–11:30pm). The position requires a valid driver’s license, forklift experience, and the ability to lift up to ~75 lbs. You will load/unload, prepare orders, manage inventory, and ensure safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Previous forklift experience required.
• Forklift license and asset but not required.
• Lumber or panel experience is an asset.
• Excellent customer service and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push approximately 75lbs repetitively and safely.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move and stack products by hand and using a forklift.
• Prepare order for shipment, ensure that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
• Handle freight and secure loads in accordance with established safety requirements.
• Tag, mark, or label stock items and ensure they are placed in correct storage location.
• As required, deliver product with a small delivery truck.
• Manage inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
• Key updated inventory into the ERP system.
• Report any discrepancies in inventory to management.
• Maintain organized work area according to policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
