Job summary

Incora in Montreal is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will handle receiving, stocking, picking, packing, stocking, documenting, and shipping customized orders with accuracy and efficiency.

You will work under direct supervision in a fast-paced environment, maintaining safety standards and contributing to cycle counts and inventory accuracy. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with 1–2 years of warehousing experience preferred, plus strong teamwork and communication

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years warehousing, inventory control, and/or shipping experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Count, bag, and label per warehouse/customer requirements.
• Package and prepare material for shipment.
• Utilize carrier and third-party shipping system to ship product.
• Perform timely cycle counts and inventory audits to support an accurate inventory management system.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and document variances.
• Meet standards for quality and productivity, including on-time delivery and accuracy.
• Follow safety regulations in all work processes; operate pallet jacks or order picker when trained.
