Job summary
John Brooks Company in Laval, QC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the warehouse team under the supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor. You will perform order picking, packing, stock replenishment, and shipping/receiving duties to ensure accurate, timely processing.
The role requires forklift certification, RF scanner use, and attention to detail. A High School Diploma or related supply chain education is expected. Monday–Friday shifts in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Forklift certification (Reach or Counterbalance) required.
- Strong reading and writing skills; able to read pick tickets and packing slips.
- Experience reading shipping documents including BOLs and waybills.
- Experience with courier companies (Purolator, DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.).
- RF scanner experience and VLM usage helpful.
Responsibilities
- Order picking, packing and stock replenishment.
- Check and receive or ship inbound/outbound orders accurately.
- Process packing slips and required documents.
- Process courier freight bills and shipping documents.
- Maintain good housekeeping and safety compliance.
- Operate and maintain the vertical storage system for parts.
