Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product selection, promoting products and services, helping locate merchandise, supporting purchase decisions, and resolving or referring customer concerns.
• Covers assigned areas of the sales floor and assists with Front End coverage when required.
• Zones assigned areas to maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
• Stocks merchandise and completes downstocking as required, and sets modulars and new shelf caps.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and hazard‑free work environment by following company policies and procedures.
• Be open to working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
