Responsibilities

• Secure and Manage Merchandise: Ensures high-ticket merchandise is properly secured in designated locations per company procedures.
• Receive and Process Deliveries: Processes direct and local shipments promptly, including OMNI merchandise, alcohol, and trailer deliveries.
• Receiving Area Organization and Documentation: Maintains a clean receiving area, prepares returns, claims, and MTRs with accurate documentation.
• Safety and Equipment Use: Follows safe work practices and proper use of box cutters, pallet jacks, ladders, and other equipment.
• Team Collaboration and Issue Resolution: Works with the Operations Manager and Office Support Associate to resolve receiving issues efficiently.
• Security and Key Control Compliance: Safeguards backdoor access and key controls per guidelines and security standards.
• Cold Chain and Quality Compliance: Follows cold chain procedures and documents information using the Receiving Temperature Log or Sure Check App.
• Associate Training and Support: Trains teammates to ensure adherence to receiving processes and standards.
• Flexibility: Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
