Responsibilities

• Secure and manage merchandise in designated locations per company procedures.
• Receive and process direct and local deliveries including OMNI merchandise, alcohol, and warehouse trailer deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and organized receiving area by preparing returns, claims, and MTRs and completing documentation accurately.
• Follow safe work practices and use equipment properly (e.g., box cutters, pallet jacks, ladders).
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Office Support Associate to identify and resolve receiving issues.
• Safeguard backdoor access and key controls to ensure compliance with security standards.
• Follow cold chain procedures and document information using the Receiving Temperature Log or Sure Check App.
• Train and support other Directs Store Delivery Associates to ensure adherence to processes.
• Be available for a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
