Peter Lucas Project Management Inc. is seeking a Project/Construction Management Team Administrator to support our project and construction management teams. The role features a two-week on, two-week off schedule with 11-hour days and flights departing Saskatoon.

Qualifications

• 4-10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in construction, engineering or project management environments is an asset.
• Self-starter, able to learn quickly and work independently.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to the project and construction management teams.
• Coordinate contractor mobilization and ongoing support, including administration of pre-mobilization deliverables, flights, training, RFIs, SIs, and other construction documents between contractor and management team.
• Administer document control processes with efficiency.
