Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking a General Merchandise Associate in Repentigny, QC. You will deliver friendly customer service by helping customers select products, answer questions, and guide purchases to ensure a positive shopping experience.

You will contribute to a clean, organized sales floor and assist with stocking and merchandising across general merchandise. Flexibility is required to work evenings, weekends and holidays to meet business needs and to support coverage during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Age – 16 or older

Responsibilities

• Delivers friendly and professional customer service; helps customers with product selection and finding items.
• Covers assigned areas of the sales floor and assists with Front End coverage when needed; coordinates with teammates to maintain floor coverage.
• Zones and merchandises areas; moves feature merchandise to modular locations and processes recovery merchandise.
• Stocks merchandise and completes downstocking; applies product protection and sets/modulars, including flex modules and shelf caps.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and hazard‑free work environment by following policies and completing safety checks.
• Be open to a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.
