Job summary

Walmart Canada in Quebec City is seeking a General Merchandise Associate to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers with product selection and locate merchandise on the sales floor, while supporting stocking and sales activities across the general merchandise area.

You will cover the sales floor, assist with front end when needed, perform merchandising, zoning and recovery, stock and process mods, and maintain a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Age – 16 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product selection, locating merchandise, and resolving concerns.
• Covers assigned areas of the sales floor and assists with Front End coverage when required.
• Zones, merchandises, and recovers merchandise to maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
• Stocks merchandise, completes downstocking, and processes modulars and new shelf caps.
• Maintains a safe, clean, hazard-free environment by following policies and procedures.
