Qualificações

• Minimum 3–5 years in a shop management or service advisor role.
• Experience in an automotive dealership.
• Valid G driver’s license is required.

Responsabilidades

• Allocate repair orders to technicians based on skill, certification, workload and repair type.
• Monitor shop capacity and technician workload to maximize productivity.
• Prioritize work to meet customer promise times and manage delays.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors to communicate repair status and revised completion times.
• Maintain visibility of open repair orders and ensure timely closure with management.
